Dive into Dew Blog!
The formation of dew on grass overnight is just one "phenomenon", or thing, that you may notice during the summer and wonder about.  Here is your opportunity to answer a question about that and other phenomena.  Good luck!

Dew forms on calm nights when the air temperature at the surface can most readily fall (via radiational energy loss and contact cooling (conduction)) to the dew-point temperature, resulting in the condensation of moisture previously present in vapor form.
